RESULTS.

AMBER'S LOST

37 KILOS

I've done other bootcamps in the past that were just horrible, but I didn't get results. But this was much easier. For the first time, I actually look forward to exercising, and I love that it doesn't aggravate an old back injury. But mostly, I love that it just works.

CONNIE LOST

I honestly didn't think this was going to work, but I was pleasantly surprised how easy the workouts were - especially having experienced gruelling workouts in the past that didn't get me results. And the diet was effortless.

As soon as I stopped training too hard, my diet became so much easier and the weight just started falling off. I must admit, at first I had to be convinced that backing off my training intensity would work, but not anymore. It really does work.

I spent years trying to lose weight by running, but I could never quite get rid of the last four or five kilos. Then I started The Shape Coach and it made all the difference. I'm so happy with my results. I've never been this lean and toned, and I did it with much less hard exercise than I'd been doing previously. And I love how strong I am too - I can now do weighted chin-ups! No more wasting hours running for me. My advice to anyone thinking of joining - do it! If you follow the system you can't fail.

I lost 11 kilos in my first 3 months at The Shape Coach. I learned that I'd been exercising too much and not paying enough attention to my diet. Now I know you can get great results by training less, and that getting the diet right - and not being too strict with it - is the real key to fat loss.

When I started, I must admit I wasn't sure this was going to work. But I decided to follow the program strictly and give it a chance. And it worked exactly as Campbell told me it would. The diet was easy, I only had to train 2-3 times per week, and I've kept the weight off for over a year now. I'm ecstatic to be able to get into this sort of shape at 50 years of age.

I've got a few old injuries, so I really appreciate the fact that they're able to modify my workouts for me. I haven't had to push myself very hard to get my results, and the changes I made to my diet were easy. I'm very happy.

Before The Shape Coach I thought I was going to be stuck with some extra weight that had crept up on me. My doctor told me it was a hormonal imbalance - I just couldn't seem to shift it no matter what I tried. But once I started The Shape Coach and focused on the eating plan, the weight just seemed to magically fall off - and it's stayed off. This really does work, and it's not hard.

I really like that the workouts are tailored to my level. I've got an old back injury that I need to be careful with but that hasn't been an issue at all, because the training is done carefully. And as soon as I started eating more protein, my cravings disappeared and fat loss has been easy.

The workouts keep me in good shape without wearing me out, and I find that the more I move, the fewer aches and pains I get. The changes I made to my diet weren't difficult, and I was able to lose the weight without having to give up a glass of wine or two. 

SHELLEY'S BECOME SUPER STRONG AND STAYED LEAN FOR YEARS

I've been training with Campbell for several years now, and I love my training and how it keeps me lean, strong and toned. In all honesty, I've exceeded all my expectations from when I started.

THEMI LOST 4.5 KILOS

I've got a spinal condition that means that I just can't do certain movements, but it hasn't been a problem at all here. My previous trainer never really listened when I said my back was hurting - he just thought I was whingeing. But at The Shape Coach, they actually listen to you, and anything that hurts, we just find an alternative exercise. I'm amazed how well they are able to cater for my needs - and everyone else's - in a group format. My old trainer couldn't even do that and it was just two of us training! And on the food side of things, I haven't had to miss out on anything and I've still been able to lose the weight.

LIZ HAS LOST

4 KILOS SO FAR.

I like the friendly atmosphere and the fact that I'm able to work at my own level within the classes. I've lost 4 kilos so far without having to give up nice restaurant meals or family celebrations on the weekends, which is really important to me. I'm more than happy!

LYNNE'S JUST BECOME THE LEANEST SHE'S EVER BEEN

I've always been active and like to stay in good shape, but with Campbell I've recently been able to get to the lightest bodyweight I've ever been as an adult. But it's not just about the number on the scales - I love how it keeps me fit, strong  and toned, and that I can still enjoy fine wine and delicious meals.

When I received the diet information I was surprised how flexible it was, but it all made sense, so I decided to follow it to the letter. And it worked exactly as they said it would. I'm really happy with how lean and toned I've been able to get, especially considering that I don't do any running at all due to an old injury.
